Payments
We accept online payments via Razorpay (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking), partial payment (pay advance online, rest to driver), or full cash payment to the driver.
No, our pricing is completely transparent. The fare shown during booking includes base fare, per km charges, driver allowance, and GST. Toll charges and parking are extra and paid directly.
Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed automatically within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. For any issues, contact our support team.
Safety
Yes, all our partner drivers undergo thorough background verification including identity, driving license, and police verification. Their vehicles are also inspected regularly.
Yes, once your trip starts, you can track your cab's location in real-time from your booking dashboard. You'll also receive an OTP to verify your driver.
In rare cases where a driver is unavailable, we immediately assign an alternate driver. If we cannot fulfill the booking, you receive a full refund. Contact our 24/7 helpline for immediate assistance.
Partner
Register as a partner on our website by providing your driving license, Aadhar card, and vehicle details. After KYC verification, you can start accepting rides.
BharatTaxi charges a competitive 15% commission on each trip. You receive 85% of the fare directly. Payments are settled weekly to your bank account.
Bookings
One-way cab means you only pay for the journey from your pickup city to destination. Unlike round trip, you don't pay for the driver's return journey, making it significantly cheaper.
Simply enter your pickup city, destination, and travel date on our homepage. Select your preferred vehicle type from the search results, fill in your details, and confirm your booking. You'll receive a confirmation with all trip details.
Yes, you can cancel your booking from your dashboard. Free cancellation is available up to 30 minutes after booking. After that, a nominal cancellation fee may apply.
